Product features : Chateau Tour des Gendres Cantalouette 2024 — Organic

On the eye
Pale gold, bright and luminous in the glass.
On the nose
The bouquet is refined and delicate, with white orchard fruits, fresh lemon zest, and a subtle chalky minerality that speaks to the limestone-rich soils of Périgord.
In the mouth
The palate is well-balanced and refreshing, with good acidity that carries the white fruit and citrus notes through to a clean, mineral finish.
M. Francois
This is an excellent companion to grilled fish, shellfish, and lighter poultry dishes. The wine's natural acidity and mineral backbone make it particularly suited to seafood preparations and fresh vegetable-based courses. Serve lightly chilled.
