Breeding
Collonges vintage cuvée. Aged 10% in acacia barrel.
On the eye
Pale yellow in colour, bright and crystalline.
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of white flowers: hawthorn, honeysuckle, acacia and almond blossom, with subtle citrus notes.
In the mouth
Palate reveals grapefruit, white peach and pear, with hints of apricot. As it matures, honeyed notes emerge, maintaining excellent freshness throughout.
An excellent aperitif wine. Pair with river fish, poultry such as Bresse chicken, or terrines. Its acidity and delicate structure complement blue cheeses and goat's cheese particularly well. A versatile table wine of considerable charm.

Domaines Chermette is a family wine estate in Saint-Vérand (Rhône), Beaujolais. Run by the Chermette family. Grape: Gamay. Appellations: Moulin-à-Vent, Fleurie, Beaujolais-Villages, Saint-Véran. Around 25 hectares farmed sustainably. Traditional whole-bunch vinification with semi-carbonic maceration. Fruity, terroir-driven wines.
