Elegant and fresh, with prominent notes of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. Soft spice and vanilla emerge from careful oak ageing, whilst a delicate floral note of violet adds complexity and refinement.
In the mouth
Silken and well-balanced, with a clean attack and vibrant red fruit character. Fine-grained tannins provide structure without heaviness. The finish is long and savoury, with subtle spice and mineral notes that enhance freshness and persistence.
