Nicolas Rossignol représente la 5eme génération de vignerons sur les terroirs de Volnay. Depuis 1994, il perpétue la tradition familiale avec comme principal objectif d’élaborer des vins toujours meilleurs. Le vignoble de 17 hectares est conduit en lutte raisonnée et les vendanges sont exclusivement manuelles. Les cuvées du domaine Nicolas Rossignol sont essentiellement issues du cépage Pinot noir. Bénéficiant de climats d’exception, les vins du domaine sont réputés pour leur souplesse et leur élégance.
