Product features : Domaine Alain Graillot Saint-Joseph 2023

On the eye
Deep ruby-red with violet reflections. The colour is sustained and bright, suggesting good concentration.
On the nose
Initially frank and inviting, revealing ripe red and black fruit aromas with floral and peppery notes. With aeration, the bouquet opens further, displaying violets and white pepper that harmonise beautifully with the fruit.
In the mouth
Fresh and pure on the palate, with present yet supple tannins. The mid-palate shows good density and richness whilst maintaining elegance and refinement. The finish is long, generously framed by ripe fruit and subtle menthol notes.
M. Francois
Excellent with roasted duck, particularly when accompanied by red wine-poached peaches and sweet potato purée. The wine's structure and fruit intensity complement game birds and herb-crusted meats equally well. Consider also with aged cheeses and charcuterie.
