Breeding
In stainless steel only
On the eye
Pale yellow to light gold
On the nose
Delicate floral character with notes of hawthorn and acacia. The bouquet is restrained and refined, inviting rather than assertive.
In the mouth
Crisp and lively on the palate with a frank, clean attack. The wine displays good acidity and aromatic definition, finishing with a pleasant mineral edge characteristic of the terroir.
M. Francois
A versatile companion to simply prepared fish—poached cod or Dover sole—and white meats such as turkey escalopes or roasted chicken breast. The wine's acidity and freshness complement delicate preparations without overwhelming subtle flavours. Equally suited to cheese courses or light luncheon fare.
