Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 16 months.
On the eye
Deep ruby, almost black in colour. A wine of considerable depth and intensity.
On the nose
Ripe red and dark fruits mingle with spice and floral notes. The bouquet unfolds with complexity and refinement, revealing layers of character.
In the mouth
Supple attack with fruit-forward character and subtle oak influence. Elegant tannins provide structure without dominating. A charming, well-balanced wine with good length.
This wine finds its natural home alongside traditional red meat dishes—particularly beef such as entrecôte or côte de boeuf. Roasted lamb also pairs beautifully. The wine's structure makes it an excellent companion to game, particularly venison and other furred game. Decant thirty minutes before service to allow the wine to open fully.
