This Côtes du Roussillon pairs particularly well with herb-dressed lamb fillet, poulet basquaise, or rabbit terrine. The wine's structure and fruit-forward character complement these dishes without overwhelming them. Serve at 16-17°C to appreciate its full aromatic range.
