- Les Taches comprises just eighty ares of vineyard in conversion to organic certification. This small microterroir, worked with scrupulous care, yields wines of concentrated character that speak clearly of their limestone-rich origins in the heart of Mâcon-Fuisse.
- This wine embodies the mineral essence of its appellation. Chardonnay from this terroir expresses itself through precise acidity and subtle stone-fruit complexity, without the weight sometimes found in neighbouring villages.
