On the eye
Golden hue
On the nose
White stone fruits with subtle honeyed notes. Delicate confited fruit character that speaks to careful winemaking and the warmth of the southern terroir.
In the mouth
Rich and well-balanced on the palate. The wine displays good structure with a mineral backbone that complements its fruit-forward character, finishing with elegant restraint.
M. Francois
A wine of genuine versatility. Consider pairing with creamy blue cheese—the wine's acidity and mineral character provide compelling contrast to the cheese's richness, creating an unexpectedly harmonious match that rewards exploration.
