Product features : Abbatucci "Faustine" 2025 Vin de France Corse

Breeding
Approximately 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel to preserve fruit freshness, with no oak barrel ageing.
On the eye
Pale yellow with golden reflections
On the nose
Expressive and delicate. White flowers (hawthorn), stone fruits (pear, peach) and a characteristic note of wild fennel and anise create an aromatic profile of considerable finesse and regional character.
In the mouth
The palate mirrors the nose's elegance. White flower and stone fruit notes develop with mineral precision, whilst the fennel and anise character provides distinctive spice. The wine shows good freshness and a clean, lingering finish.
M. Francois
An excellent aperitif wine that also pairs thoughtfully with seafood—particularly crustaceans and fish in sauce-based preparations. Its aromatic profile and moderate weight make it versatile at table, suitable for lighter courses and shellfish dishes where its regional character will shine.
