Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels (approximately 20% new wood) for 12 to 18 months, imparting a delicate oaky character

Elegant and layered bouquet: white flowers, flint minerality, with restrained toasted notes that develop gradually. Complex without ostentation.
In the mouth
