Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels for approximately 12 to 18 months, with a low percentage of new wood to preserve the authenticity of the terroir
On the eye
Pale yellow with silvery highlights and luminous clarity
On the nose
Refined bouquet of white flowers, flint and hazelnut, with subtle orchard fruit undertones. The aromatics develop gradually, revealing mineral precision characteristic of the site.
In the mouth
Taut and focused palate with green apple, citrus and white stone fruit. The mineral backbone provides excellent structure, leading to a long, saline finish with excellent definition and persistence.
A classically proportioned Saint-Aubin 1er Cru that demonstrates the domain's commitment to terroir expression. The wine's purity and balance suit seafood, poached fish and refined cuisine. Appellations: Saint-Aubin, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru (La Princée, Clos du Meix, En Remilly), Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru. Wines of great purity.
