Very pale salmon-pink, crystalline and bright with luminous reflections

Immediate and charming bouquet of strawberry and fresh raspberry, with hints of pink grapefruit and white flowers. A whisper of English toffee emerges on aeration.
In the mouth
Crisp and light-textured, with a fluid palate driven by refreshing acidity. Airy and approachable, with a tender mouthfeel and a clean, dry finish.
M. Francois
This is an excellent introduction to Château Sainte Roseline's range. I recommend it as an aperitif, or alongside grilled fish, summer salads, tartares, and lighter poultry dishes. It's the kind of wine that encourages generous pouring and easy conversation—precisely what a fine Mediterranean rosé should achieve.
