On the eye
Bright ruby with violet tints, characteristic of young Cabernet Franc. Clear and luminous.
On the nose
Delicate floral notes of violet and violet leaf, with red fruit—particularly raspberry—expressed with notable freshness and purity. No herbaceous qualities.
In the mouth
Silken tannins, barely perceptible. The wine is fluid and rounded, built on elegance rather than weight. Fine-grained structure with mineral undertones.

Domaine Olga Raffault is a wine estate in the Chinon appellation (Loire Valley). Founded by Olga Raffault, now run by Sylvie and Éric de la Celle. Around 25 hectares of vines. Grape: Cabernet Franc exclusively. Limestone tuffeau and gravel soils. Single-vineyard cuvées: Les Picasses, Les Barnabés, Champ Chenin. Fine, structured Loire wines.
