Product features : Henri Bourgeois "Henri Bourgeois" 2024 Pouilly-Fumé

Breeding
Aged 5 months on fine lees
On the eye
Pale yellow with golden glints, bright and crystalline
On the nose
An elegant bouquet of citrus, white stone fruits and a distinctive mineral character. A delicate smokiness—the signature of Pouilly-Fumé—completes the aromatic profile.
In the mouth
Vibrant and tense, with pronounced acidity and marked minerality. Flavours of grapefruit and lemon meld with white peach and pear. A subtle smoky undertone persists through to a long, saline finish of considerable purity.
M. Francois
A refined expression of Loire Sauvignon Blanc, this Pouilly-Fumé demonstrates the mineral precision and purity the appellation is known for. Its tension and clarity make it an ideal companion to shellfish, grilled white fish or fresh goat's cheese. For those seeking a Loire white of real finesse—ciselé, mineral and with genuine depth—this offers considerable appeal.
