On the nose
Ripe red fruits dominate, with floral notes and a restrained spice from careful oak handling. The aromatics develop with time in the glass, revealing further layers of complexity.
In the mouth
A structured palate with good weight and definition. Ripe dark fruits, earthy undertones and fine-grained tannins create a harmonious whole. The finish is sustained and elegant, with no harsh edges.

Domaine Labruyère's Moulin-à-Vent monopole represents the appellation at its most sophisticated. This is a wine for the discerning palate—one that rewards patience and proper cellaring. Serve with roasted meats, game or well-aged cheeses. A serious addition to any cellar of fine Beaujolais.
