Breeding
In stainless steel vats at low temperature to preserve the primary fruit aromas.
On the eye
Pale yellow with crystalline green highlights
On the nose
Predominantly fruity on the nose, with attractive gourmand notes that suggest ripe stone fruits and subtle floral undertones. The aromatics are inviting without being showy.
In the mouth
The palate demonstrates good balance between refreshing acidity and a pleasant, fruit-forward character. The wine is clean and well-defined, with a satisfying finish that lingers without heaviness.
M. Francois
This white Beaujolais works particularly well with lighter dishes and vegetable-based preparations. Consider it alongside risotto with mushrooms, creamy leek preparations, or simply as an aperitif. Its freshness and balance make it a natural choice for informal gatherings and everyday occasions.

DOMAINE JEAN-MARC BURGAUD

Based in Villié-Morgon, Domaine Jean-Marc Burgaud farms 19 hectares across the celebrated slopes of the Côte du Py, at the heart of the Morgon appellation. Founded in 1989, the estate gained its true character in 1992 when Jean-Marc — trained in Burgundy and steeped in a vigneron family — took over his father-in-law's vines on these iron- and manganese-rich schists. That Burgundian formation shows: he reads his parcels with the rigour of a climat, coaxing both power and finesse from Gamay Noir on some of Beaujolais's most distinctive terroir. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the precision of its vineyard work, the typicity of its Morgon, and a consistency of style that places it firmly among the serious addresses of the appellation. A benchmark for the cellar.
