Aged 12 months in barrel and demi-muids.
On the eye
Bright ruby with good clarity and depth of colour
On the nose
Complex bouquet centred on dark cherry, liquorice and subtle spice notes. The aromatics develop with air, revealing further layers of concentration and finesse.
In the mouth
The palate shows firm yet elegant texture with good amplitude. Fine, well-integrated tannins provide structure and balance, whilst the wine maintains excellent definition throughout the finish.
A natural companion to roasted poultry and game birds. The wine's structure and acidity make it particularly suited to local cheeses such as Crottin de Chavignol. Also recommended with lighter charcuterie and vegetable-based dishes that benefit from its aromatic complexity.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds). Cuvées: Terre de Maimbray, Les Anges Lots. Parcel-by-parcel vinification to express the diversity of Sancerre terroirs. Fresh, mineral and elegant wines.
