Pale yellow with bright, crystalline reflections
On the nose
Delicate aromas of lemon and white flowers, with a pronounced flinty minerality reminiscent of struck flint stone. The bouquet is restrained and precise.

DOMAINE WEINBACH
Domaine Weinbach is a wine estate in Kaysersberg (Haut-Rhin), Alsace. Founded in 1612 by the Capuchins. Around 30 hectares including the Clos des Capucins (monopole). Grapes: Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir. Grand crus: Schlossberg, Furstentum, Mambourg. Biodynamic farming. One of Alsace's greatest estates.
