Breeding
One year in oak (25% new barrels) followed by three months in vat
On the eye
Brilliant golden yellow, with bright luminosity characteristic of the vintage.
On the nose
Delicate floral notes—white flowers and hawthorn—with subtle toasted oak undertones. The bouquet develops gradually, revealing mineral and citrus nuances.
In the mouth
Intense and concentrated, yet refined. The palate shows excellent structure with fine acidity and a lingering finish. Gourmand in character without heaviness.
This wine pairs beautifully with shellfish—langoustines, scallops, and salmon trout showcase its mineral backbone. Also suited to white fish in subtle sauces and soft cheeses. Drink now through 2032 for optimal pleasure.
