Breeding
14 months' élevage in 600-litre demi-muids
On the eye
Pale golden hue with bright, luminous reflections
On the nose
Expressive and complex bouquet that evolves throughout tasting. Opens with carambola, menthol, green mango and citrus notes, developing with elegant intensity.
In the mouth
Powerful and full-bodied with harmonious sensations. Fresh grape character gains definition through keen minerality and refreshing acidity. The palate's richness is balanced by lively tension, with notably persistent finish and aromatic length.
M. Francois
Pairs beautifully with poultry dishes such as roasted chicken with honey and rosemary. For fish courses, consider grilled sea bass with fennel. The wine's mineral backbone and citrus notes complement delicate, herb-infused preparations particularly well.
