Breeding
Aged 8 to 10 months, of which 70% in ovoidal vat and 30% in barrel and demi-muit of over 8 years old.
On the eye
Deep ruby-red, luminous and inviting.
On the nose
Fresh red and black fruits dominate: raspberry, blueberry, and wild blackberry with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Silky and supple, with tannins so refined they are barely apparent. The palate is juicy and generous, with the sensation of biting into ripe fruit. Balanced acidity carries the wine with ease.

Domaine Laurent Combier is a family wine estate in Pont-de-l'Isère (Drôme), Crozes-Hermitage appellation (Northern Rhône Valley). Around 25 hectares farmed organically. Grapes: Syrah (reds), Marsanne and Roussanne (whites). Cuvées: Clos des Grives, Domaine. Fresh, precise terroir wines among the benchmarks of Crozes-Hermitage.
