Breeding
The wine undergoes extended ageing on fine lees for several months, conferring a rounded texture and considerable aromatic complexity.
On the eye
Pale gold with silver highlights, luminous and clear
On the nose
Complex bouquet of white stone fruits—apple and pear—with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. Delicate white flowers, acacia and hawthorn, underscored by a mineral thread characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
Fresh attack with lively acidity, well-balanced between tension and roundness. White-fruit flavours develop alongside restrained oak influence from careful élevage. Long, persistent finish with pronounced minerality and good length.
