Breeding
Twelve months' élevage in oak barrels, followed by approximately six months' rest in tank to refine the tension.
On the eye
Deep golden hue with luminous intensity and warm amber reflections
On the nose
Delicate florality mingles with ripe yellow fruit—pear and peach—whilst citrus notes add brightness and definition to the bouquet
In the mouth
The palate is both powerful and refined, with mineral grip and savoury length. The finish is sustained and faintly spiced, leaving a clean, lingering impression
M. Francois
This wine pairs admirably with Burgundian classics—escargots de Bourgogne, creamed chicken dishes, and white fish preparations. It also complements aged cheeses of character. Drink now or cellar for five to seven years.
