CHATEAU BLANCHON
Based in Lussac, Gironde, Château Blanchon produces red wines under the AOC Lussac-Saint-Émilion appellation, one of the recognised satellite appellations of the Bordeaux right bank. Managed by GFA Vignobles Robert Dousseaux et Fils, the château crafts blends led by Merlot, with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon lending structure and depth — a style characteristic of this part of the Gironde. The 2012 vintage was awarded a Gold Medal at the Concours de Bordeaux 2014, a reliable indicator of consistent quality in the cellar. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the coherence of its classic Bordeaux assemblage and for the competition recognition that confirms our own appreciation of its wines. A dependable reference for lovers of Lussac-Saint-Émilion.
