M. Francois
A wine of considerable refinement, well-suited to game dishes—venison, pheasant, or hare—where its silky tannins and subtle spice complement the richness of the meat. Also excellent with mature cheeses or simply as a meditation wine for those who appreciate Burgundian restraint and elegance.
