Breeding
I cannot translate an empty description. Please provide a French wine ageing description to translate.
On the eye
Deep ruby red
On the nose
Red fruits with subtle notes of smoke and liquorice, evolving towards delicate spice and mineral undertones as the wine opens
In the mouth
Elegant and silken on the palate, with refined tannins and a persistent finish that reflects the wine's breeding and complexity
M. Francois
A wine of considerable finesse that pairs beautifully with roasted game birds, duck confit, or aged cheeses. The structure and balance suggest it will develop further over the next five to eight years, rewarding patient cellaring. Serve at 16–17°C to appreciate its full aromatic range.
