On the eye
Bright and clear, with pale golden hue
On the nose
The bouquet presents fresh citrus notes with a subtle herbaceous character. Lemon and grapefruit aromas are complemented by hints of cut grass, creating an inviting and characterful nose.
In the mouth
On the palate, citrus flavours define the wine's structure. A fine, well-defined acidity provides balance and freshness, with a clean, mineral finish that lingers pleasantly.
M. Francois
Petit Bourgeois proves versatile at table. It pairs naturally with fish and lighter poultry dishes, whilst its aromatic profile accommodates savoury-sweet combinations. Dishes featuring lemon, citrus-based sauces, or subtle spicing such as saffron find particularly good accord with this wine.
