Breeding
Ageing of 10 to 12 months, predominantly in stainless steel tanks
On the eye
Pale golden robe with bright, clear appearance.
On the nose
An inviting bouquet combining white flowers with subtle citrus and stone fruit notes. The aromatic profile is restrained and refined, characteristic of quality Chardonnay from this region.
In the mouth
Mineral and fresh on the palate, with a pleasant saline finish. The wine is fine-boned and elegant, with good acidity that suggests food-friendly character and modest ageing potential.
M. Francois
A straightforward, honest wine that shines as an aperitif or alongside lighter dishes. The simplicity of its appeal—clean fruit, mineral backbone, refreshing finish—makes it an ideal companion to charcuterie or a simple terrine. Drink with confidence at table or in relaxed company.
