Breeding
In stainless steel. A portion of the juice is racked into demi-muids and 300 litres of new to four-year-old oak.

A complex aromatic palette unfolds: stone fruits of yellow peach and apricot, delicate floral notes of violet and bergamot, with subtle toasted hazelnut and almond undertones.
In the mouth
The palate displays considerable amplitude, underpinned by the mineral salinity of granite soils, creating a wine of impressive structure and persistence.

Domaine Faury is a family wine estate in Chavanay (Loire), Condrieu and Saint-Joseph appellations (Northern Rhône Valley). Run by Lionel Faury. Around 12 hectares on granitic hillsides. Grapes: Viognier (Condrieu), Syrah (Saint-Joseph). Parcel-by-parcel vinification in tank and barrel. Elegant, aromatic terroir wines. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
