Based in Fuissé in Saône-et-Loire, Domaine Giroux tends 7 hectares of Chardonnay across the Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché and Mâcon-Fuissé appellations. In 2009, Sébastien Giroux stepped away from a career in automotive mechanics to take over the family estate founded by his father Yves — a deliberate return to the land that has shaped a rigorous, no-nonsense approach to winemaking.
