Limpid, deep golden yellow with amber glints. A wine of evident maturity and presence.
On the nose
Delicate floral notes—hawthorn and white flowers—meld with white and stone fruits: pear, peach, rhubarb. Candied citrus, honeyed nuances, and subtle spice: ginger, coriander, green tea.
In the mouth
Substantial yet balanced, with fine acidity offsetting the wine's natural richness. Mineral-driven, with a suave texture. The finish shows ripe stone fruit—quince, apricot, preserved pineapple—lifted by gentle spice, smoke, and pepper.
A wine of freshness, tension, and roundness in harmonious balance. Excellent with white fish, shellfish, and aged Alpine cheeses. Equally rewarding as an aperitif wine. Drink now through 2028.
