On the nose
Delicate floral character—hawthorn and white flowers—followed by white and yellow fruits: pear, peach, rhubarb. Hints of preserved citrus, honey, ginger, coriander and green tea add complexity and subtle spice.
In the mouth
Voluminous yet balanced. Acidity and mineral tension play against the wine's subtle richness, creating a suave texture. The finish offers quince and apricot, with soft spice, smoke and white pepper notes that linger.
