Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 17 to 18 months.
On the eye
Golden-hued, with good clarity and pale intensity.
On the nose
Subtle and engaging, revealing citrus and exotic stone fruit aromas, with discreet toasted notes that speak to careful oak handling.
In the mouth
Textured and mineral-driven, with a pleasing roundness balanced by saline tension. The wine shows good harmony and a clean, persistent finish.
M. Francois
Pair this wine with poached pike in beurre blanc, or chicken with morel mushrooms. The mineral backbone and subtle oak integration make it equally suitable for sole meunière or creamy vegetable preparations. Serve at 10–12°C to appreciate its full aromatic range.
