Product features : Abbatucci "Diplomate d'Empire" 2023 Vin de France Corse

Breeding
Approximately 12 months in large wooden vats of various wines (no new oak to avoid masking the terroir) followed by 6 months' rest in tank before bottling
On the eye
Limpid and bright, with pale green and golden reflections characteristic of the vintage.
On the nose
Aromatic complexity unfolds gradually: white and yellow florals—camomile, broom and citrus blossom—followed by ripe stone fruits including peach, mirabelle and melon, with subtle mineral undertones.
In the mouth
Vibrant attack, well-balanced with ample, silky texture. Ripe yellow fruits and subtle spice develop across the palate, finishing with fine peppery bitterness and persistent mineral grip.
M. Francois
A natural companion to shellfish and fish in sauce. The wine's saline character and mineral backbone make it particularly suited to crustaceans, whilst its fruit and texture complement delicate white fish preparations and seafood-based dishes.
