Product features : Abbatucci "Faustine" 2024 Vin de France Corse

Breeding
Approximately 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel to preserve fruit freshness, with no oak barrel ageing
On the eye
Pale yellow with golden highlights, suggesting ripeness and maturity.
On the nose
Highly expressive and airy. White flowers—hawthorn in particular—mingle with stone fruits: pear and peach. A distinctive note of wild fennel or anise adds Corsican character and lift.
In the mouth
The palate mirrors the nose's expressiveness. White flowers and stone fruits develop with mineral precision, whilst wild fennel and anise provide textural interest. The finish is clean and persistent.
M. Francois
Excellent as an apéritif, where its aromatic profile and acidity shine. Equally at home with seafood: serve with shellfish, or with delicate fish dishes in light sauces. The wine's structure supports both simple grilled preparations and more elaborate coastal cuisine.
