Breeding
12 to 14 months in oak barrels, with measured new oak input, preserving fruit purity and adding structure

Domaine A. et P. de Villaine is a wine estate in Bouzeron, Côte Chalonnaise (Burgundy). Directed by Pierre de Villaine (co-manager of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti) and his wife Elaine. Around 30 hectares farmed organically. Appellations: Bouzeron (Aligoté), Rully, Mercurey, Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise. Terroir wines of finesse and precision.
