Ruby with subtle purple hues

Dried flowers—violet and peony—mingle with ripe cherry and blueberry. Clove, aged leather and forest floor complete a complex bouquet.
In the mouth
Well-integrated tannins support blackberry preserve, macerated morello cherry and exotic spice—saffron and white pepper—with a whisper of rosemary on the finish.
A wine of genuine versatility. Whilst excellent with game and rich meat dishes, it merits consideration as an aperitif wine, where its aromatic complexity and structured frame can be fully appreciated without the distraction of food. Decant lightly if serving young.
