Breeding
Ageing in stainless steel for 70% and 30% in oak barrels
On the eye
Pale yellow with silvery highlights, suggesting freshness and mineral character.
On the nose
The bouquet unfolds with white flowers—hawthorn and acacia—complemented by ripe yellow peach. The oak influence is delicate and well-integrated, adding subtle depth without dominance.
In the mouth
The palate develops with balanced texture, revealing notes of honeyed oak and subtle spice. Good weight is supported by bright acidity, leading to a finish with gentle toasted and vanilla nuances.
M. Francois
A versatile companion to seafood preparations. Consider it alongside black truffle dishes, langoustines à l'armoricaine, or simply with fresh shellfish. The wine's acidity and mineral backbone make it equally suited to lighter fish courses and vegetable-based cuisine.
