Breeding
Approximately 15 to 18 months in barrel, depending on the cask selection, to refine the natural power
On the eye
Brilliant golden hue with pale green reflections
On the nose
Refined bouquet of white flowers, stone fruit and roasted almond, with a whisper of fresh butter and mineral notes
In the mouth
Generous attack with white-fleshed fruit, honey and hazelnut notes. Persistent minerality provides structure and length, finishing with elegance and restraint
M. Francois
A compelling expression of Grand Cru Chardonnay. The wine's aromatic complexity and mineral backbone make it ideal with refined seafood, poultry in sauce, or aged cheeses. Equally rewarding as a standalone meditation on terroir. A benchmark white Burgundy for the discerning collector.
