Breeding
Approximately 12 months in oak barrels (with a low proportion of new wood to avoid masking the terroir). The wine is aged on fine lees to enrich the structure whilst preserving freshness.

Appellations: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Vergisson. Parcel-by-parcel vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Wines of great minerality and fine concentration.
