On the eye
Intense ruby robe with excellent clarity and depth.
On the nose
Aromatic intensity unfolds with notes of red berries, subtle spice, and a whisper of earth. The bouquet develops gradually, revealing the wine's complexity and breeding.
In the mouth
Juicy raspberry and strawberry flavours meld harmoniously with an elegant vanilla note. The palate is well-structured with fine tannins and a persistent, refined finish.
M. Francois
This wine bridges accessibility and complexity admirably. Newcomers will appreciate its approachable fruit character, whilst experienced enthusiasts will find rewarding depth in its structure and subtlety. A wine of genuine versatility and character.

DOMAINE FAIVELEY

Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges at the heart of the Côte-d'Or, Domaine Faiveley spans 127 hectares and encompasses 12 Grand Crus, making it one of the most extensive single estates in Burgundy. Founded in 1825 by Pierre Faiveley and led since 2005 by Erwan and Eve Faiveley, the estate works Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on east-facing slopes of limestone and clay-limestone soils, producing wines of consistent precision and fine structure. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the coherence of its vineyard holdings, the rigour of its élevage, and its achievement of organic certification in 2025 — the year of its bicentenary. A Burgundy reference we are genuinely proud to list.
