On the nose
Stewed stone fruits and fresh almonds, with subtle pineapple notes. The bouquet opens gradually, revealing the wine's mineral backbone without ostentation.
In the mouth
Generous and rounded on the palate, with good weight and texture. The acidity provides structure and length, whilst the fruit remains well-integrated throughout.
Particularly suited to poached white fish with cream sauce, tender veal dishes, poultry, and shellfish. The wine's richness complements mild cheeses—Camembert and goat's cheese pair especially well. Serve at 10–12°C to appreciate its full character.
