Terroir expression and vintage identity in a single glass

  • This Extra-Brut showcases the finesse of Chardonnay from the Dizy climat, where chalk-rich soils impart distinctive mineral precision and elegant restraint to the wine.
  • A Grand Cru Extra-Brut defined by minimal dosage, allowing the wine's natural structure and fruit character to speak without compromise or embellishment.
  • The perfect balance between power and refinement: intense fruit concentration, mineral density, and the linear elegance that distinguishes serious Champagne from the merely pleasant.

CHAMPAGNE JACQUESSON

Based in Dizy in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, the Jacquesson House farms 36 hectares of certified organic vineyards across chalky, clay-limestone and loamy soils. Founded in 1798 and once favoured by Napoleon I, the House invented the wire muselet in 1844 and has been steered since 2022 by Artémis Domaines under the Pinault family. Self-imposed yields of around 7,000 bottles per hectare — against the permitted 11,000 — speak to a rare discipline in Champagne. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the precision of its blends, the mineral tension running through its cuvées, and a viticultural vision that consistently places parcel quality above volume. A Champagne reference we are proud to list.
