Racking and blending in stainless steel tank, six months' élevage before clarifying filtration and bottling
On the eye
Light ruby robe with garnet reflections
On the nose
Powerful and focused bouquet: strawberry and morello cherry with subtle notes of Corsican maquis, particularly myrtle. The aromatics are fresh and well-defined.
In the mouth
Suave and fruit-forward on the palate with subtle toasted notes. Fine, silken tannins support the red fruit character evident on the nose. The finish is clean and lingering, with fresh red fruit and mineral precision.
Excellent with grilled red mullet dressed with tapenade, or alongside spiced poultry dishes such as Tikka Masala. The wine's acidity and tannin structure make it versatile with Mediterranean and Indian cuisines. Serve lightly chilled at 14–16°C.

DOMAINE COMTE ABBATUCCI
Domaine Comte Abbatucci lies in the Taravo valley, southern Corsica. One of the island's oldest vineyards, it spans roughly 21 hectares of granitic hillsides at 150 m altitude. Biodynamic farming since 2000, led by Jean-Charles Abbatucci and his daughter Faustine. A unique conservatory of 18 indigenous Corsican grape varieties was established in the 1960s by Antoine Abbatucci. Main grapes: Vermentino, Sciacarello, Nielluccio.
