Product features : Abbatucci "Faustine" 2024 Vin de France Corse

Breeding
Approximately 12 months in stainless steel or truncated wooden vats (depending on the vintage) to preserve the brightness of the fruit without the addition of woody aromas.
On the eye
Clear ruby robe, luminous and bright, with an almost translucent quality
On the nose
Beguiling bouquet with crushed strawberry and raspberry, but dominated by the distinctive garrigue and herbs of the Corsican maquis—intensely aromatic and mineral-edged
In the mouth
Complex aromatic palette with fine, silky tannins and excellent balance. The finish is persistently fruited, with lingering notes of wild herbs and stone
M. Francois
Faustine Rouge exemplifies immediate pleasure without sacrificing elegance—the antithesis of heavy, over-alcoholic southern reds. Here, everything turns on balance and vibrancy. Serve with Corsican charcuterie or simply as an aperitif wine of genuine refinement. A wine that speaks honestly of its place.
