Breeding
Matured in a blend of vessels for 6 to 10 months
On the eye
Brilliant pale gold
On the nose
Delicate floral notes of lilac and rose, complemented by citrus, hazelnut, honey and subtle mineral undertones. The bouquet develops with air.
In the mouth
Lively and structured, with good weight and mineral precision. The palate shows excellent length, balancing richness with the crisp acidity characteristic of fine white Burgundy.
M. Francois
A distinguished accompaniment to noble fish preparations—sole, turbot or sea bass prepared simply to allow the wine's complexity to shine. Also rewarding with shellfish and refined poultry dishes. Serve at 10-12°C. Drink now or cellar for five to eight years.
