Pale yellow with golden glints; bright and crystalline
On the nose
Elegant bouquet of citrus, white orchard fruits and mineral notes characteristic of Pouilly-Fumé, with a subtle smoky undertone
In the mouth
Taut and vibrant on the palate, with marked acidity and minerality. Grapefruit and lemon flavours mingle with white peach and pear; a whisper of smoke persists. Long, saline finish with remarkable purity and tension
M. Francois
A refined expression of Loire Sauvignon Blanc, En Travertin exemplifies the mineral precision and purity Pouilly-Fumé demands. Excellent with shellfish, grilled fish or fresh goat's cheese.
