On the nose
Floral and fruited bouquet with distinct notes of pear and citrus. The aromatics are clean and inviting, suggesting a wine of good balance.
In the mouth
A brioche note complements white stone fruits on the palate. Mineral structure and good acidity provide definition and length. The finish is characteristically fresh and dry, with lingering citrus notes.
This Chardonnay pairs well with blanquette de veau, sautéed poultry, grilled fish, and fresh goat's cheese. Its mineral character and acidity make it equally suited to lighter seafood preparations and vegetable-based dishes.
